Klaviyo Prices IPO Of 19.2 Mln Shares At $30/shr

Klaviyo, Inc. (KVYO), a automation led marketing service provider, on Wednesday announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 19.2 million Series A common shares at $30 per share.The gross proceeds from the offering are expected to be at around $345.2 million. Klaviyo will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares by the selling stockholders.The offering, expected to be closed on September 22, consists of 11.507 million shares... + full article
