Rent increases are about greed, not inflation

Rents are still going up in Orlando. I know this, yet I was shocked when I found out my rent for 2023 was going up 18%. I understand that my total rent is still below “market rent.” But don’t we already agree throughout Orange County that “market rent” is ridiculously high? Didn’t we try to vote on this issue before the Florida Association of Realtors decided to be on the side of landlords and greed, instead of on the side of renters... + full article
