Orlando rent prices fell in September, suggesting that the unprecedented growth of the past year is coming to an end while housing advocates warn that prices are still too high for workers to afford. The median rent in metro Orlando dipped by 1.51% from August to September to $2,121 per month, the second month in a row to see a minor drop, according to the latest report from Rent.com.
