Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has said that Yemeni Houthi rebels will pay a heavy price after a ballistic missile struck central Israel for the first time on Sunday.A Houthi military spokesman Yahya Sarea said the hypersonic ballistic missile traveled 1,270 miles in just over 11 minutes.
