An 18-year-old man has been arrested in the fatal shooting of a man on North Harco Drive, police said.The suspect, Christen Baker, was booked into East Baton Rouge Parish prison on counts of second-degree murder and illegal use of a weapon, according to a Baton Rouge Police Department announcement.
