Many Americans’ diets leave them feeling tired: poll

You feel what you eat — a new survey has found that 93% of Americans feel a “physical impact” from what they eat, and many are being left feeling tired. The poll of 2,000 US adults (54%), frustrated (22%), or even sad (17%) by the time their day is done, and to the cause. Overall, 20% , while 16% were willing to admit it was unhealthy.
