A gunman who opened fire at a university in on Thursday, killing 14 people, was a student who ranted about murdering his father prior to the rampage, according to reports. The shooter, who has not been named, was said to have taken his own life at the scene—with Mayor Bohuslav Svoboda telling reporters he had jumped from the roof of the building.
