The average American is expected to drink six spiked eggnogs this month, for an estimated total of 1.2 billion boozy beverages across the country, according to a new survey. New Yorkers average seven eggnogs per month and are tea totalers compared to Vermonters, who lead the US with an average of 19 of the holiday drinks per adult, the survey says.
