Soon, the City Council of New Orleans will decide on Entergy’s 10-year proposal to make our electric grid more resilient to severe weather. Projects include upgrading poles that can withstand 150 mph winds and burying power lines.Though our city desperately needs this, some are concerned about the $1 billion price tag.
