Mike DeWine has ordered that United States and Ohio flags at all public buildings and grounds throughout the state be flown at half-staff in remembrance of the shooting victims in . Officials say at least 18 people are dead after a man opened fire at a restaurant and a bowling alley in Lewiston, Maine.
