Driver accused of intentionally striking ATV in southwest Miami-Dade

MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. – A 55-year-old man was arrested Wednesday, a month after police say he intentionally struck an ATV in southwest Miami-Dade, causing the person riding it to fall off and become seriously injured.
