Australia Construction Work Done Adds 0.4% In Q2

The value of total construction work done in Australia was up a seasonally adjusted 0.4 percent on quarter in the second quarter of 2023, the Australian Bureau of Statistics said on Wednesday - coming in at A$59.010 billion.That missed forecasts for an increase of 1.0 percent following the 1.8 percent gain in the three months prior.The increase was driven by engineering work, which rose 0.7 percent in the June quarter and is 15.5 percent higher... + full article
