Ray Lewis III, the 28-year-old son of ex-Baltimore Ravens star and Pro Football Hall of Famer Ray Lewis, died with a lethal mix of fentanyl, cocaine and methamphetamine in his system, according to a new report. Per autopsy results obtained by TMZ Sports, the medical examiner has ruled his June 14 death an accident.
