Two newborn girls were discovered in a plastic bag in a Streeterville day care center Thursday after workers found the mother covered in blood in a bathroom there.The newborns were taken to Lurie Children’s Hospital but attempts to revive them were unsuccessful, according to police.The woman works at the day care in the 400 block of East Ontario Street and also takes a class there, according to a police report. When she missed the class... + full article
