NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Rangers are expected to have a new backup goalie to Igor Shesterkin next season. Jaroslav Halak plans to test the free-agent market once the calendar flips to July, his agent, Allan Walsh, wrote on Twitter on Wednesday.
