PhRMA sues Biden administration over Medicare drug price negotiations

The pharmaceutical industry’s largest lobbying group on Wednesday filed a lawsuit challenging provisions in the Biden administration’s Inflation Reduction Act that will allow Medicare to start negotiating prices for certain drugs.
