The vagrant suspected in the random in Manhattan over the weekend was nabbed at an East Harlem street corner on Tuesday, police said. The alleged maniac, Kemal Rideout, 28, was arrested and is now being grilled by detectives at the NYPD’s Transit District 4 in Lower Manhattan after a two-day manhunt by cops.
