The man who was fatally shot Wednesday night at BREC's North Sherwood Forest Community Park has been identified, Baton Rouge Police said. The victim, Nicholas Brock, 29, died at the park, 3140 N. Sherwood Forest Drive, police said. Detectives have learned there was an argument before the shooting that happened at about 7:20 p.m. Wednesday, BRPD said in a statement Thursday.
