Rudin’s 3 Times Square in NYC lures in new tenants after $25M upgrade

West Publishing Corporation, a unit of Thomson Reuters, extended its lease at Rudin’s 3 Times Square for five more years. It’s the latest sign of continued progress at the tower, where more than 430,000 square feet were leased in the past 18 months. As , Touro College inked a landmark deal there for 243,000 square feet.
