A Pennsylvania nurse has been accused of delivering lethal doses of insulin to two patients and injuring another, according to the state attorney general. Heather Irene Pressdee, a 40-year-old nurse from Natrona Heights, allegedly administered “overdoses of insulin” while working at Quality Life Services in Chicora, Pa., reports NBC News.
