Supreme Court: Social media outlets not liable in terrorist killing

In a unanimous ruling, the Supreme Court said major social media platforms were not liable for the death of Nawras Alassaf in a 2017 terrorist attack. Alassaf was among 39 killed in the New Year's attack on a nightclub in Istanbul.Abdulkadir Masharipov allegedly carried out the attack on behalf of ISIS.
