An American expat was charged with the murder of his girlfriend in the Philippines after cops found her body in a 50-gallon drum on Tuesday, police said. William Worth, 71, is accused of killing Mila Loslos, 48, at their home in Bacoor, according to the Philippine news outlet Rappler.
