8 dead after pedestrians struck by car outside Texas migrant shelter; driver in custody

A driver ran into pedestrians who were standing at a bus stop outside a migrant shelter in South Texas, killing at least eight, in an incident that police are investigating as possibly intentional,  said Sunday.
