The family of a man who was fatally struck by a car driven by former Syracuse basketball coach Jim Boeheim has reached a settlement. Jorge Jimenez, 51, died in the Feb. 20, 2019 crash on a highway in Syracuse shortly after the school’s victory over Louisville. Jimenez, a Cuban immigrant, was one of four passengers in a disabled car that was in the center lane of I-690 after hitting a patch of ice and spinning out before hitting a guardrail.... + full article
