Bill Dunn, former Orlando Sentinel managing editor, dies at 76

Bill Dunn, managing editor of the Orlando Sentinel for most of the 1980s and early ‘90s, died Tuesday after a long battle with health issues. He was 76. “It’s been heartwarming to hear how much he touched all these lives,” said his son, Will Dunn, 48. “People from all walks of life have been reaching out.” A graduate of the University of Florida, Dunn started his career at the Sentinel in 1969.
