Ohio lawmaker would thwart speaker on 60% vote threshold

COLUMBUS, Ohio — A state lawmaker has made a procedural move that could force a vote in the Ohio House on to amend the Ohio Constitution, a measure that could impact the fate of that’s moving toward fall ballots.
