The administrator of a pediatric care business with an office in Orlando has been accused by state authorities of defrauding Florida Medicaid for more than $400,000, Attorney General Ashley Moody’s office said Wednesday. Carlos Cabrera, 53, faces a charge of Medicaid provider fraud, records in Orange County circuit court show. An affidavit in support of his arrest and other documents were not publicly available.
