An 11-year-old child was shot to death inside a vehicle Thursday night by a 17-year-old juvenile who has been booked with murder in the killing, authorities said.Matthew Fortenberry was shot shortly after 6:45 p.m. while sitting in a vehicle near the 5600 block of Crestway Avenue, according to police.
