Shell’s offshore drilling business has decided to move forward with its Dover oil platform in the Gulf of Mexico, the London petrochemical giant has announced.Shell expects Dover’s two wells to produce up to 21,000 barrels of oil per day once it begins operation by either late 2024 or early 2025.
