A Baton Rouge judge has thrown out a state district lawsuit that three environmental groups filed in an attempt to block a Plaquemines Parish liquefied natural gas plant terminal over the plant’s need for a state coastal use permit.Judge Wilson Fields, of the 19th Judicial District Court, dismissed the suit Monday, saying the three groups filed it in the wrong venue, court records show.The Deep South Center for Environmental Justice, Healthy... + full article
