Teenagers on bicycles shot two people, stole a car, Baton Rouge police say; search underway

Police are trying to identify two bicyclists they say shot and injured two people in separate incidents earlier this week that took place within minutes of each other near North Acadian Thruway. Baton Rouge police spokesman Sgt.
