A 152-acre tract of land in North Baton Rouge, off Joor Road, has been sold to a local development company that plans to spend nearly $146 million building affordable apartments on the site.CST Land Developers bought the land at 4663 Joor Road in a deal that was filed with the East Baton Rouge Clerk of Court’s office Monday.
