A skier and a snowboarder survived an avalanche in New Hampshire’s White Mountains on Saturday, officials said.The Mount Washington Avalanche Center said the avalanche occurred around noon on “The Lip” area of Tuckerman Ravine on the eastern slope of Mount Washington.
