A teenager was killed Tuesday in Dedham when the moped he was riding collided with a dump truck, officials said.Rakeem Akile Austin, 17, of Dorchester, died in the crash, which occurred around 11:15 a.m. near 21 Washington St., according to Norfolk District Attorney Michael W.
