On , I saw a procession of about 14 or more motorcycle police officers escorting empty limousines down St. Charles Avenue.It seems to me that there is a better use of some of those officers (particularly with the current NOPD low employment rate and NOLA crime issues).I understand the krewe paid for the escort (at least I assume so), but that is not a relevant issue to me.
