Osceola loan officer faked child support, divorces to get mortgages approved, feds say

A woman from Osceola County carried out a mortgage fraud scheme to help unqualified borrowers receive funding from the financial institution she worked at, according to an indictment by the U.S. Department of Justice. On Monday, Omayra Ujaque, 52, was charged with three counts of bank fraud and one count of aggravated identity theft for falsifying loan applications.
