The death of championship swimmer Jamie Cail is under criminal investigation in the U.S. Virgin Islands. According to a news release from the territory’s police department, Cail’s boyfriend left a bar to check on the 42-year-old around midnight on February 21 and found Cail on the floor of their St. John home.
