Supreme Court to hear Republican-led challenge to Consumer Financial Protection Bureau

WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court said Monday it will take up a Republican-led challenge to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, a case that could threaten how the consumer watchdog agency functions.
