A 17-year-old girl was fatally shot Saturday night as she was driving a vehicle on Interstate 110 north, near the Hollywood Street exit ramp, Baton Rouge Police said. Nykobia Keller died at the scene, police said. According to her Facebook page, Keller, who attended Jackson High School, had a young child.
