Top-seeded Oceanside held off a second-half comeback by fourth-seeded Medomak Valley to earn a 51-42 win Tuesday night in a Class B South boys’ basketball semifinal at the Portland Expo. The Mariners (19-1) will take on Yarmouth in the regional final at 3:45 p.m. Friday at the Expo.
