An Orange County community is mourning the death of 11-year-old Jesse Brown, a student at Lakemont Elementary School in Winter Park. Brown had an accident on the treadmill and sprained his ankle, but the injury led to a flesh-eating bacteria infection that proved fatal, according to WKMG.
