State inspector general warns Boston schools to proceed at its own risk with bus contract

The state’s Inspector General’s Office has put Boston Public Schools on notice that it might be running the risk of violating the state’s bidding law if it gives its current school bus operator a new five-year contract, according to an initial inquiry by the agency.It’s not clear whether Inspector General Jeffrey S.
