Howard Bragman, a beloved Hollywood publicist who specialized in crisis relations and whose clients included Monica Lewinsky, Cameron Diaz, Ricki Lake, Sharon Osbourne and Chaz Bono, has died at his home in Los Angeles of leukemia.
