After more than 36 hours of searching, authorities descended on a wooded area near a Maryland mall, where they cornered and arrested David Linthicum, a suspect wanted for shooting two police officers. Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies located the alleged gunman late Thursday and had Linthicum, 24, “pinned” within a “perimeter” in Fallston, according to the Hartford County Sheriff’s Office.
