DA: Hammond man sentenced to 99 years for sexual battery of woman in her 80s with dementia

A Hammond man was sentenced Monday to 99 years in prison after being convicted of the sexual battery of a woman in her 80s according to the 21st Judicial District Attorney's office.Ronald Allen, 49, was arrested March 14, 2020, after entering the woman's home under false pretenses, according to District Attorney Scott Perrilloux's office.
