A 22-year-old Clermont man was charged with concealing four bags of cocaine in his mouth, and marijuana possession, deputies say. Upon being pulled over in the Mount Dora area Thursday evening, a Lake County deputy caught the scent of burnt marijuana on Johar Figueroa, and observed a brown substance on his lips, according to an arrest affidavit.
