High Orlando rents are ‘a new normal,’ expert says

The explosive cost of rent around the country continued to cool in December, according to a report released Thursday, but one expert says Orlando’s high prices of the past two years are likely to be “the new normal.” The median rent in metro Orlando was $2,130 per month in December, up about 2% from November, according to the latest report from Rent.com. The metro area includes prices from Orange, Osceola and Seminole counties.... + full article
