I read your article in The Advocate about East Baton Rouge Parish being flush with cash from There is no mention about what the COVID money was for. Schools were supposed to fix air handling to improve what our children breathe day in and day out.Many of the schools are old, and before COVID struck in 2020, the air systems were spewing out mold and toxins.
