3 killed, 2 hurt after scaffolding collapses at N.C. construction site

Three construction workers were killed and two others were injured Monday after scaffolding collapsed at a construction site in Charlotte, N.C. The incident occurred around 9 a.m. but it was not clear how or why the scaffolding collapsed. The workers fell about 70 feet, according to WCNC.
