A judge in Osceola County this week dismissed the “ghost” candidate lawsuit filed by District 4 county commission candidate Jackie Espinosa, who alleged fellow challenger Carlos Irizarry was bribed to run to help incumbent Cheryl Grieb keep her seat. Espinosa filed a lawsuit in September alleging Irizarry was paid to run in the three-way primary race to siphon Hispanic votes away from her and keep Grieb in her seat.
